Traiteur Zaouli is an event caterer based in Ixelles, Chaussée de Wavre 146. For companies, institutions, federations and associations in Brussels, we prepare lunches for 15 to 150 people: a standing buffet so participants can mingle, or a seated format and lunch trays when the meeting resumes quickly.

Can you cater a standing lunch for a meeting in Brussels?
Yes. We deliver and set up a standing buffet — sandwiches, salads, verrines, bites and desserts — in your office or in the meeting room you have booked, anywhere in the Brussels-Capital Region.
Do you deliver to the European Quarter?
Yes. Our kitchen is in Ixelles, a few minutes from Schuman, Place du Luxembourg and Rue Montoyer. We also deliver to Avenue Louise, the city centre, the North district and the other Brussels municipalities.
What is the minimum number of guests?
We cater lunches and events for 15 to 150 people. For a smaller or larger group, write to us: every request is reviewed personally.
Can you provide service staff on site?
Yes, on request. Our team can set up, refill the buffet and clear away during the lunch. The number of staff and the service duration are stated in the quote.
Are drinks included?
They can be: tell us what you need in your request and we add it to the priced proposal.
Can we communicate in English or German?
Yes. We reply and draw up quotes in French, Dutch, English or German, which makes things easier for international organisations and delegations.
How does invoicing work?
The quote and invoice are issued in your company's name, with Belgian VAT. Traiteur Zaouli is operated by VitaDry SRL (VAT BE 1027.388.564).
