Seminars & training days

Seminar catering
in Brussels.

From the welcome coffee to the closing drinks, we take care of every food moment of your day. Everything is delivered, set up and collected, so you can stay focused on your programme.

The principle

A seminar day is also
decided during the breaks.

A participant who arrives without breakfast, a break that drags on because the coffee isn't ready, a lunch so heavy it slows down the afternoon: catering has a direct impact on the quality of your sessions.

We plan the running order of the day with you — timings, number of breaks, lunch format — so that every food moment arrives on time, in the right place, without anyone on your team having to deal with it.

The running order

Four moments,
one single contact.

You choose the moments you need: a simple coffee break, a half day or the full day.

Frequently asked questions

Seminar catering in practice

Can we order just one break rather than the full day?

Yes. Each moment can be ordered separately: a welcome breakfast, a break, a lunch or closing drinks. You build the day around your programme.

Do you deliver to a rented seminar venue?

Yes, to your offices as well as to a rented room or conference centre, anywhere in the Brussels Region and in Walloon and Flemish Brabant. Just give us the address and access details.

Buffet or lunch trays: which is better for lunch?

A buffet encourages conversation and works well when there is a dedicated space for the meal. Individual lunch trays are more practical when lunch is short, taken in the meeting room, or when there are many special diets. We will advise you based on your programme.

For how many participants?

We cater for events of 15 to 150 people. For a smaller or larger group, get in touch: every request is looked at personally.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible, especially around the end of the year. Send your request as soon as the date and number of participants are known: you will receive a costed proposal within 24 business hours, which you can adjust afterwards.

How do you handle diets and allergies?

Vegetarian and gluten-free options on request. Let us know about allergies and special diets when you request a quote, so we can take them into account when putting together the buffets and trays.
